ONLINE WORKSHOP
Without a good purchase order process, there's less control over spend, it's harder to track budgets, and reporting on monthly spend becomes far more difficult. Sound familiar? As a business scales, introducing a solid PO process becomes essential.
We'll cover:
How to know when it's time to introduce POs
How to introduce a PO process, and what good and bad look like
The tangible benefits and automation opportunities available
By the end of this session, you'll have a clear idea of whether it's time to introduce POs to your business, along with what to do (and what to avoid) during the transition. We'll also send you a handy guide summarising everything we covered, plus an outline plan to help you get the ball rolling.

MEET THE SPEAKER
Will Trevor is an Accounts Payable automation specialist at Kefron with a strong background in finance.
Working closely with finance leaders, he helps SMEs remove manual invoice processing and scale their procure-to-pay operations without adding headcount — cutting costs, improving control and freeing teams to focus on higher-value work.
MEET THE SPEAKER
Tom works with growing businesses as they scale and mature their finance functions, with a particular focus on two areas: automating supplier invoice processing and introducing or strengthening purchase order and P2P processes.
Having spoken with finance teams across the UK and Ireland daily, he's seen first-hand what separates a PO process that gives finance real control from one that just adds friction. He's a firm believer that automation isn't one-size-fits-all, and enjoys helping teams work out what's genuinely worth introducing.
This online session is curated specifically for finance leaders who need better control over spend, clearer budget tracking and stronger reporting as their business scales.
