We have over 30 years’ experience as a provider of document and information management services and technology. We employ 120 people across the UK and Ireland to serve over 900 valued clients.

As a solution provider we combine physical and digital document management services. For physical records management, we have secure Records Centres in Dublin, a fleet of secure vehicles used exclusively for document transport and our own in-house scanning bureau. We are trusted to manage the records of a wide spectrum of organisations from banks, to law firms to hospitals.

We have also developed a suite of complementary services including document capture, digital mailroom, online document hosting solutions, electronic document management solutions and process automation solutions to support our customers on their digital journeys.


Launched in 2015 our Kefron AP is our Accounts Payable Invoice Automation Solution developed and supported by our own in-house development team.

Kefron AP invoice automation software is used by AP professionals in over 35 countries and across every continent. As a pure invoice automation solution, it’s focused on improving the productivity and accuracy of supplier invoice processing with accurate data capture, flexible workflows and a really easy-to-use user interface. We have also extended this technology to Kefron DM - to automate processing and hosting of other forms of documentation.


Our extensive history in the Records Management sector has produced robust methodologies for efficient transportation, accurate indexing and secure storage as well our ability to impart learned experience to our customers in terms of best practice. Our operations are governed by over 60 documented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

ISO certified processes and tested output standards are inherent in the way we work. Unlike many providers, we are audited by internationally accredited ISO auditors: the NSAI (National Standards Authority of Ireland) and Certification Europe. Kefron was the first company in Europe to implement ISO 15489 for Records Management. Because of this record awareness is implicit in the applied solution when it comes to organising and presenting the output back to users in a manner and medium that makes sense and is easy to use at minimal cost.
